If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, Bigbreaks.com reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and you may be liable for monetary losses to makeholidays.in, including litigation costs and damages. To contest the cancellation of a booking or freezing or closure of an account, please contact makeholidays.inCustomer Service.

Supplier Rules and Restrictions

Additional terms of use will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Please read these additional terms of use carefully. In particular, if you have purchased an airfare, please ensure you read the full terms and conditions of carriage issued by the Supplier, which can be found on the Supplier’s website. You agree to abide by the terms of use of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier’s rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services.

Airfare is only guaranteed once the purchase has been completed and the tickets have been issued. Airlines and other travel suppliers may change their prices without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received in a timely fashion.

 

Some hotel suppliers may require you to present a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover additional expenses incurred during your stay. Such a deposit is unrelated to any payment received by makeholidays. in for your hotel booking. makeholidays. in is not liable for any costs incurred due to relocation. You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier’s rules and restrictions may result in the cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

Amendment and Cancellation policy for flight bookings

You can cancel your domestic flight bookings online. Log in to My Bookings, select the relevant booking and click on the Cancel button. For online cancellation, makeholidays. in will charge Rs. 300 per person per sector as standard cancellation charges.

To amend/cancel your ticket offline, call makeholidays.in Customer Care No: +91-9810500273 ( Monday – Saturday). For all offline cancellations of domestic flights a standard charge of Rs. 500 per person per sector, over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge will apply. For international flight bookings, a standard fee of Rs 1000 per person would be charged for online cancellation and 2000 for any offline cancellation, over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge.
For rescheduling domestic flights, makeholidays. in will charge Rs. 300 per person per sector as standard rescheduling charges, over and above the airline’s own rescheduling charges.

For no-shows on domestic flights, makeholidays. in will charge Rs. 100 per person per sector as standard no-show charges, over and above the airline’s own no show charges.

 

Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using makeholidays.in Services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.

Cancellation Charges for Holiday Packages:

For cancellations done prior to 30 days or more of the date of departure, the initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost (if full paid) will be charged as cancellation charges.
For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.

 

These cancellation charges are subject to change as per the dates of travel/seasonality or other conditions levied by third party suppliers.

Refunds

It is essential to contact makeholidays. in for all kinds of refunds if the booking is done through it. Refund against the cancellation of air tickets will be credited directly to your account. In the case of a Credit/Debit Card, a refund will be made on the same credit card only. The refund process can take a duration of a maximum of 5-7 working days due to banking procedures. In the case of Net Banking, it may take 7-8 working days.
Note: Processing times for cancellation and refund requests may vary.
In case of unavailability of services, you will receive complete refunds except for the transaction charges.
Note: Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.

Refunds against the Cancellation of Hotel Reservation

Refunds against the cancellation of the hotels depend upon the cancellation
policies of the particular hotels. Apart from the cancellation charges levied
by the hotels, we only charge a negligible amount of Rs. 300 as cancellation
service charges for each room.

Hikes in Tariffs & Taxes

makeholidays. In will inform you in advance, at the time of finalization of
your tour package, if it will be subject to increase, in the event of any hike
in entrance fees, increase in fuel cost, increase in taxes etc.

Documentation responsibility

 

You are responsible for ensuring that you meet foreign entry requirements
and that your travel documents, such as passports and visas (transit, business,
tourist, and otherwise), are in order and any other foreign entry requirements
are met. makeholidays. in has no special knowledge regarding foreign entry
requirements or travel documents. We urge customers to review travel
prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the relevant
governments prior to booking travel to international destinations.

 

Health requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all health entry requirements, obtain the recommended inoculations, take all recommended medication, and follow all medical advice in relation to your trip.

No warranties

Unless a Provider has agreed otherwise, all products, services, advice, merchandise and information available through this Site are provided on an “as is,” “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, other than those imposed by law, including but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
