Srinagar winds up to the stunning views around every bend and these change with the season. Magical bloom of the Tulip Gardens and misty cool air in Spring- Summer , the snow-capped peaks of the Zabarwan range in winter and the golden glow of the Chinars in autumn, that satiate inner soul of every traveler and persuade them to visit this land again and again and around the year.

Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar

Upon your arrival in Srinagar, you will meet our representative/driver at the airport who will take you to your pre booked hotel. Visit the famed Mughal Gardens, Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Gardens and Chashmeshahi Gardens. These well laid out terraced gardens, replete with cascading fountains and beautiful flowering shrubs and trees, are located to the far eastern side of the Dal Lake, and were built for the relaxation of the Mughal Emperor and his queens. Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2: Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar ( 82 Kms / approx. 4 hours drive)

After breakfast, drive to Sonamarg. Enroute visit Kheer Bhawani Temple. Thereafter visit Thajjwas glacier (at an additional cost). Later ,return to Srinagar hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3: Srinagar – Gulmarg – (56 kms / approx. 2 to 3 hours )

After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg. Gulmarg was a favorite haunt of Emperor Jehangir. Today Gulmarg is not merely a mountain resort of exceptional beauty it also has the highest green golf course in the world, at an attitude of 2680 meters above sea level, and is the country’s prime ski resort in the winter. The journey to Gulmarg is enchanting… roads bordered by of poplar trees and flat expanses of rice fields interspersed with picturesque villages. After Tangmarg, the climb to Gulmarg begins through fir covered hillsides. Gulmarg is, as its evocative name suggests, a flower strewn meadow. In the shape of a bowl, its length is 3.5km and its width 1Km. Its undulating expanse comprises grassy slopes for the most part, with a small scattering of houses. The bowl is encircled by fir-clad hills, and in the distance, snow dusted peaks; because of its altitude, its 11km Circular Road offers a magnificent view of much of Kashmir Valley. Later, return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4: Gulmarg-Pahalgam (152 kms / approx. 4 to 5 hours)

After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam – Known as ‘Valley of Shepherds ‘a picturesque valley around 97 kilometers South of Kashmir. Upon arrival check in at your pre booked hotel. You have option to spend your day of sightseeing by driving to the picturesque Chandanwari and Betaab valley or ride by horseback across the wildlife sanctuary towards Baisaran meadows. Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5: Pahalgam – Srinagar (97 Kms / 3 – 4 hours drive)

After breakfast, drive to Srinagar. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 6:  Departure from Srinagar

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey.

Important Information

  • Due to the extremely strict security measures at the airport during peak season, guests are requested to leave for the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure. We are forced to enforce this rule as there are 4 security barriers to pass before reaching the airport. And there are regular traffic jams for a couple of kilometers outside the airport.
